LEADERSHIP TIP:

We often connect leadership with corporations, politics, or businesses. While all of that makes sense, I would love for you to consider the reality that leadership really begins with you and it impacts the spheres of influence you find yourself in right now. Although the spheres may differ greatly from person to person, each and every one of us can make the difference to lead in the benefit of those under our care right where we are! Remember, as leadership begins with you, it will impact what happens in your home, in your relationships, and in your daily encounters with others.

Great leadership begins with introspection of where you are right now and the awareness that there is always room for improvement.

COACHING QUESTION:

So when is coaching useful?

One of the reasons clients utilize a coach is to help them gain the clarity to make the difficult decisions that they need to make!

Coaching for clarity can help clients see possibilities they didn't know existed.  It can challenge their assumptions and beliefs that keep them stuck. It also uncovers the fears that stagnates their movement forward.

What choices have you been entertaining for a while? And is it time to get clarity and awareness so you can make a decision? If so, then Click here to get started!

What is happening in Coach Sheeba's world?

One of the things that we learn as an entrepreneur is the value of networking. And although that is valuable, finding the right support group is so important. Over the last 6 months, I have been taking time to get to know the members of a group that meets every Thursday morning. They have close to 30 members. So, imagine, meeting with each one BEFORE you even join the group. After speaking with each member, I walked away realizing that they have emphasized the value of relationship amongst each other as the priority. So, when you sit down with the members, the conversations don't sound "salesy". Instead it is a conversation to get to know you and your motivation, the value and benefit your business brings, etc. Yes, there is a genuine interest to see how your business can be supported, but that is not the focus. The focus is on YOU. What a breath of fresh air in the world of networking groups.
