Leadership Tip:

Without a vision, people are lost. So, yes, a vision is needed AND practical steps to support the vision are also important.

#LiveInspired #LeadInspired:

It's important to evaluate how things are going every 3-4 months. There are some things we do that are not valuable to our success and there are other steps that support us. What might that be for you?

By the way, it is also important to define what success looks like for you.  It is a word that is  used loosely and it does not mean the same for everyone.  For one, success can be having dinner three times a week with your family, while for others success can be a profit of so much in their business. So, define what success means to you and evaluate that one thing you can do that would set you up for success.
