LEADERSHIP TIP:
Positivity doesn’t mean you are naive. It doesn’t mean you can’t see the whole picture where some parts are not so great. However...you choose to pay attention to something different.
It simply means you choose to focus on the best parts. It simply means you choose to focus on what is true. It simply means that you choose not to be drawn into the drama of the situation and instead you choose to ask yourself and others around you the following: “What are the opportunities here?”
COACHING QUESTION:
What drains you?
What drains me is INEFFICIENCY!!! Last minute emergencies that are caused by the lack of preparation by others.
How about you?
How do you stay positive and focused even when you are drained?
What's happening in Coach Sheeba's world?
Well, I had the privilege to conduct a Leadership Seminar for a team within Adobe last week. It is a special group of people that take the time to invest in their people. And when that happens, the team has the opportunity to expand in their influence.
