What is happening in Coach Sheeba's world?

This month we celebrated my son's 19th birthday. I still remember that baby face you see in the picture above. And with each passing birthday, I am reminded with the fact that time flies by so quickly and we don't realize it when we are in the thick of life. This occurs with people all the time. They want to make changes, but another year goes by and the same story continues. Don't allow yourself to become the victim to your story.

A special lady that I have worked with for over 2 years is Kim VanderPoel.
