LEADERSHIP TIP:
The joy of leadership comes from seeing others achieve more than they thought they were capable of. For me, I enjoy seeing this occur both with fellow coaches and leaders within organizations. In order to see this result, a different mindset is needed.
On January 23rd, I am offering a free webinar that will support leaders in understanding the mindset needed to transition from simply managing day-to-day to leading within the spheres of their influence. Why is this so important? Well, because with this mindset, you begin to cultivate leadership in others. Please join me for this free webinar.
What is happening in Coach Sheeba's World?
Well, my son attends Design Tech, a charter school sponsored by Oracle. And it has been quite an interesting journey for the last 2 years. So many of the experiences within a school like this becomes a "first". You have the first baseball team, the first graduation coming up this year. The first school that has been built on a corporate campus (I believe). Imagine a high school that does NOT have student parking. And yes, it continues....
So they moved onto the new campus the first week of January 2018 and this school building looks quite different. I think what I have found most interesting is the way they look at challenges. Students and teachers alike are cultivating a mindset of seeing challenges as opportunities. This is definitely an important mindset to have in developing our future leaders.

In 2017, I began with mentor coaching groups with the gentle nudge from one of my students. With some coaches taking this offering twice from me, I thought how might I make it even more valuable for them. So, this year I took it further and I am offering a course that coaches can use to receive
