Strengthen Executive Presence Through Onsite Team Training

Executive presence is the ability to project confidence, credibility, and composure in a way that inspires trust and motivates others to follow. It is the “how” behind your leadership.

In my Executive Presence training, I discuss three important areas:

  • Gravitas – staying calm, thoughtful, and decisive under pressure

  • Communication – speaking clearly, listening well, and inspiring confidence

  • Appearance – carrying yourself with professionalism, energy, and poise

Participants use an Executive Presence Audit to reflect on how they currently show up in high-stakes situations and identify specific opportunities for growth. We also practice practical strategies such as pausing before speaking, reducing filler words, leading with clarity, and using body language intentionally.

One of the reasons onsite training can be especially powerful is that it gives teams the opportunity to learn together in real time. Team members can reflect on how they show up, practice new behaviors in the room, and build shared language around presence, communication, and credibility. It also creates space for meaningful discussion and immediate application, which often makes the learning more impactful and lasting.

I recently facilitated this training onsite, and it was incredibly impactful. It gave the team space to reflect, practice, and strengthen how they want to show up as leaders and colleagues.

If your team would benefit from an onsite Executive Presence training, I would love to support that conversation.
